Free Professional Services Genesys Licenses, Professional Services and Telecom Services  Five9, inContact and other competitors are offering low cost or, in some cases, free professional services. Our offer will enable you to counter their bids and increase your chance of winning.  Star Telecom will provide Professional Services at no charge if the Genesys Cloud CX licenses and Telecom Services are on our paper at list price. 
  1. The deal must be 75 seats or above. 
  2. Not applicable for large RFPs. 
  3. Includes all native Genesys Cloud CX configuration and services to perform architect and agent script data action integration with 3rd party APIs (payments, CRM, etc). 
  4. Does not include complex custom applications to push and pull data independently of an Architect flow or Agent Script (this would be an add-on cost to the free PS offer).
  5. The scope of the professional services will cover application functionality required by the client for the initial deployment of Genesys Cloud.
Discounted Professional Services  Genesys Licenses, Professional Services and Telecom Services  Genesys PS rates can pose a challenge when you are selling Genesys Cloud CX on your paper. Our offer can help you be more competitive.  A range of Professional Services discounts is available depending on the deal makeup. For example, if discounted Genesys Cloud CX licenses and Telecom Services at list price are on our paper, we can provide discounts below US$150/hour and CDN$175/hour for US and Canadian clients respectively. The exact discount depends on the Genesys License discount and deal size. 

If only Telecom Services are on our paper at list price, our PS rates are US$150/hour and CDN$175/hour.

Discounted Professional Services  Telecom Services and Professional Services  Genesys PS rates can pose a challenge when you are selling Genesys Cloud CX on your paper. Our offer can help you be more competitive.  A range of Professional Services discounts is available depending on the deal makeup. For example, if discounted Genesys Cloud CX licenses and Telecom Services at list price are on our paper, we can provide discounts below US$150/hour and CDN$175/hour for US and Canadian clients respectively. The exact discount depends on the Genesys License discount and deal size. 

If only Telecom Services are on our paper at list price, our PS rates are US$150/hour and CDN$175/hour. 

Discounted Telecom Services  Telecom Services and Professional Services  SIP telecom including toll-free and long distance is a large operating expense for customers. Telecom services costs include not only telecom line and usage charges but also significant taxes. Our offer lets you provide a more competitive solution than Genesys Cloud Voice because our rates are lower and they include taxes.  Star Telecom will provide up to a 20% discount on Telecom Services on our paper or a Genesys partner’s paper. The effective discount can be much higher because taxes are included in our pricing. 
Agent Commissions Telecom Services and Professional Services  Agents often represent many CCaaS vendors and recommend the one who pays them the most. Our offer will enable Agents to generate a significant amount of money which will convince them to work with you on current deals and bring new ones to you in the future.  Star Telecom will provide commissions of 20% to an Agent for Professional Services, committed Telecom Services, Managed Services or Star Telecom Software Products at list price on our paper. 
  1. An example of Agent commissions for a 200 seat center where our Telecom and other Services are included on a 3-year contract would result in $180,000 in agent commissions.
  2. If Star Telecom’s offerings are sold at less than list price the commission percentage for the Agent will be reduced on a prorated basis. Commissions for non-committed Telecom Services are 10%.
